The Portland office dedicates itself to community impact, both as individual members and as an office. They serve on community boards and government committees. Their dedication to service garnered them recognition on a local and national level in safety, diversity and inclusion, influence, and vision.
The Portland office’s engagement activities focused on the environment, health, and education. Portland’s annual fundraising event, Making Links Golf Tournament, benefits pre-apprenticeship programs, low-income youth education and counseling programs, and training for women in construction. The tournament raised $56,000 for Oregon Tradeswomen. Additionally, the Portland office dedicated hundreds of volunteer hours and contributed over $130,000 dollars towards local charitable organizations.
